Exchange Due to Change of Mind
At Mazitoz, we value your satisfaction and will gladly accept exchanges due to a change of mind. To be eligible for an exchange, please follow the guidelines below
- Request for Exchange:
Kindly submit a request to exchange within 5 days of receiving the item. As this will help us to provide you with the needed help.
- Return Conditions
The product must be returned to us in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. It should include all original tags, accessories, and documentation.
- Shipping for Exchange:
We will take care of making the arrangements and paying for the costs associated with sending the exchanged item to you.
- Exchange Process:
We will initiate the exchange process once we receive the returned product and confirm its resellable condition. Kindly note that we will notify you of the completion of the exchange via email.
- Exchange Options:
The customer may only return the item to Mazitoz in exchange for a different size or colour of the same price.Please understand that we are unable to issue refunds for the value of the product that has already been paid for.
